2. How do I order?
It is very simple to place an order, visit the Order page and follow the simple on screen instructions.

You will be asked to choose from a variety of caricature options and then you will then be taken through to the payment page. All payments are processed by PayPal but you DO NOT need a PayPal account to use this service.

Once payment has been made you will be re-directed to our site to complete your order & email the photos.

3. How do I send the photographs, how many and what type do you need?
You will be asked to email the photographs to us during the ordering process.

We require 2 or 3 good photos to work from including a good face shot of the subject, the better the photos, the better the outcome.

The photos need to show the subject how you would like them to appear in the caricature ie. glasses / no glasses, hair up / hair down etc. Please send as many photos as necessary including any images that may help illustrate the subject's hobbies / interests. .

Files ideally need to be in jpg, bmp, gif, or psd formats. Other formats may be supported if required, please click here to contact us if you are unsure .

4. How long does it take to create my caricature from photos?
The turnaround time is usually within 14 working days but can be as soon as 2 - 3 working days.

5. How will the caricature be sent?
A3 & A4 caricatures are usually sent by Royal Mail which is priced at £5.00.

6. What happens if I don't like the caricature?
The caricatures supplied are of the highest quality done to your individual specification. You will receive a proof / line drawing of your caricature via email for your approval to ensure you are happy with the end result.
